We’re proud to say that many of our team have been with us for a very long time. We believe there are no limitations on anyone here: everyone has the space to grow, learn new skills, and progress their careers. We try our best to support our staff to find the roles that they enjoy most, and we always aim to promote from within where possible. This means that some of our team members have tried a variety of roles before finding the path suits them.
Just look at our Spa Manager! Elena joined us back in 2010 as a therapist. Since then, she’s worked at spa reception, as a spa trainer, a spa supervisor, and now as our spa manager. Our Finance and Operations Director, Sarah, has had a very impressive Lifehouse journey. She joined the team 12 years ago as a night porter who was part of the pre-opening team.
