Spa Team
Our therapists are always adding to their repertoire with regular training for new treatments from the wide range that we have on offer. It’s also important that they are up to date on all the products on offer in the spa, from Clarins to Elemis and our new Grown Alchemist range, to ensure that clients receive the very best treatments, tailored to their needs and goals.
Recently, our spa team undertook training to offer guests incredible treatments using our new range of Grown Alchemist products. One of the biggest perks of this is that they also get to enjoy the treatments themselves - we have to practice on someone, after all!
Kitchen Team
Over in the kitchen, our chefs are constantly coming up with delicious new dishes that will make our seasonal local produce shine. Executive Chef, Ugo Simonelli, is passionate about using the best produce available, which is why our menus are constantly changing to reflect what’s in season all year round. Only the best makes it into our kitchen!
Perhaps you’re used to a static menu, cooking just one style of food, or working with a roster of similar ingredients. Here, you’ll get to expand your own palate as well as your guests’, as well as get hands-on with quality local ingredients that dictate the menus on a regularly changing basis. It’s what chef life is all about.
