Good Spa Guide Award: Five Bubbles Rating

We’ve struck gold once again! We claimed our Five Bubbles status from Good Spa Guide for the fifth year in a row, and were even finalists in The Good Spa Awards 2021 for Best Spa in the East Midlands and East.

Good Spa Guide uses a unique Bubble Rating system to give a general guide of what customers can expect from each spa. To get this information, they send a ‘Spa Spy’ to review their candidates. The spas are assessed on cleanliness and tidiness, customer service, standard of facilities and treatments.

A Five Bubble rating means that Lifehouse Spa guarantees guests the whole package; an uninterrupted spa journey, tip top treatments, first rate facilities and fabulous customer service. It highlights the fact that we have a wider choice than many other spas, along with wonderful facilities and cutting edge treatments.

Our fantastic staff were a huge part of achieving this rating. Without their hard work and dedication to excellence we never could have delivered such high service to our customers.
